Guest house & Garage dwelling of this beautiful development in Price Edward County. This is just the Phase-A portion of the project. We wrapped, waterproofed and cladded the entire roof and exterior of this building including the garage doors. Wall assembly consisted of VP Vapour Permeable Membrane, ACS Thermal Clips, Roxul Comfortboard Insulation, Z-Girts & 7/8” Corrugated Siding. The flat roof sections and concealed gutter flat roof areas consisted of sloped/tapered insulation, 1/8 Sopraboard, Sopralene 180 Base & Sopralene 250 Cap Sheet.

The sloped roof system consisted of Titanium PSU30 Underlayment, Z-Girts, 2” XPS Insulation in between the girts, Hat Bars on top and then the 7/8” Corrugated Panels fastened through the hat bars.
