Massive Hotel Roof Replacement Project for an American based contractor named Schoenfelder Renovations. 1100 bundles of shingles. We installed Certainteed Landmark Shingles in Weathered Wood. Of course, we also replaced all underlayment, vents and metal flashings as well.
Sloped Roof System:
- Ice and Water Shield at eaves edge, under all valleys and around roof penetrations.
- Certainteed Diamond Deck Underlayment on remainder of roof sheathing.
- Certainteed Landmark Weathered Wood Shingles
- 26 Gauge Steel Sheet Metal Flashings
- Certainteed Ridge Vent
We completed this project in under four weeks in order to keep the client happy and without disrupting the internal day to day business in the building. Was a pleasure doing business with an American based contractor.
