We're excited to be part of a striking, modern waterfront condominium development in Collingwood. The architect has incorporated some innovative hidden gutter details that really enhance the design. We installed a heavier gauge aluminum gutter, lined with 2-ply modified bitumen waterproofing to ensure durability.

To streamline the process, we completed the membrane installation in our shop, where we could work in a controlled ground-level environment instead of six stories up. Once the modified bitumen membrane was ready, we transported the gutters to the job site and installed them using a boom lift. Following that, we began the installation of the sloped metal roof assembly.
