This building has gone through several different development proposals. This is a heritage building that has been set on fire on two separate occasions. Finally, the final development proposal has been approved by the city. We got contracted by Harrington and Associates to help restore this heritage building.

We replaced the entire sloped roof with synthetic slate tiles & a steel hip and ridge. Replaced all flat roofing with a Soprema 2-ply modified bitumen roof system. We are also installing steel gutters and downpipes. We will also be installing lots of zinc panels and a custom concealed zinc gutter system on the beautiful rear addition section designed by E.R.A. Architects.
