Good concealed gutter detail with lots of space inside to work. Having a large gutter gives us enough space to properly seal everything and enough space for water to flow to drains. On the sloped roof we installed Titanium PSU30 underlayment and Da Vinci Single Width Synthetic Slate. We normally try to persuade clients to go with drip edge at the concealed gutter edge rather than parapet coping. With our climate we get a lot of snow and ice in the concealed gutters and it is better to not have any screw penetrations low in the gutter. This client went with our recommendation and this is how we finished off this concealed gutter. Fully sealed in drip edge on to the limestone finish.
